  1.                   FUNCTIONS OF THE DUPLICATED ENTRY DATA-TABLE

  4. NAVIGATION COMMANDS: Move  the  Cursor  with the  ARROW KEYS, <PgUp>, <PgDn>,
  5.                      <Home>, <End>;  Go to  the  first  Record:  <Ctrl+PgUp>;
  6.                      last  Record:  <Ctrl+PgDn>;   Go  to  the  first  Field:
  7.                      <Ctrl+Home>;  last  Field:  <Ctrl+End>.

  9. DELETE A RECORD:     Move  the  cursor  to  the  record  and  press  <Del>.
  10.                      To Undelete the record press again <Del>. The deleted
  11.                      record is marked as deleted on the upper part of  the
  12.                      data table.

  14. THE DUPLICATED RECORD can be deleted, edited, or left unchanged. As next you
  15.                      must type  the <down arrow-key> and <Alt+N> to find the
  16.                      next duplicated entry.

  18. dBLOOKUP:            Move the cursor to a field linked to a DBF File  (marked
  19.                      with  an  *).  Press   <F2>   to  invoke  the  dBLOOKUP
  20.                      option.  dBLOOKUP  works  only  if  the  file  has  been
  21.                      prepared accordingly.

  23.                      A  file  is  prepared  for  dBLOOKUP  using  the command
  24.                      sequence U,R,M and  entering a Y character for the field
  25.                      for which a  dBLOOKUP  link is required. The DBF File to
  26.                      be linked to each Field marked with Y must be entered.

  28.                      To enter information in a file called with dBLOOKUP (F2)
  29.                      press <F3> which is a toggle key for activating/desacti-
  30.                      vating the edit function. This works only with the first
  31.                      file called with dBLOOKUP from the main file, and in all
  32.                      Data-Table modes.

  34. EDITING COMMANDS:    To start Editing move the  cursor to  the  desired Field
  35.                      and start typing or press  Enter <CR>.  Typing  directly
  36.                      means to overwrite or insert new characters.    Starting
  37.                      with <CR> means to delete the whole content of the field
  38.                      By typing the first character.
  39.  
  40.                      Toggle <Ins> for typing over  or  inserting  characters.
  41.                      Delete Characters: <Del>; Delete rest of Word: <Ctrl+T>;
  42.                      Jump  from Word  to Word:  <Ctrl+Horizontal Arrow Keys>.
  43.                      Jump to beginning of Field: <Home>; End of Field: <End>.
  44.                      Finish Editing with <CR>, or vertical Arrow Keys.

  46.                      Cancel editing with <F10>.

  48. MEMO FIELDS:         To open a MEMO field press the '+' key.

  50. EXTERNAL TEXT FILES:  Move the cursor to the field containing a file name
  51.                      starting with % sign and press <Alt+V>.
